How does payment work?

During your onboarding, we will collect your preference of Venmo or Paypal so that we can send money directly to you. As you complete tasks, the funds will be automatically sent each Wednesday. We will occasionally have fun competitions with extra prizes!

Will I be talking with real patients?

Nope. You will be playing the role of a patient and taking calls from an AI Nurse who is calling to check in on your health and wellbeing. After each call there is a short questionnaire to complete.

Can I work on the app or the web?

Currently the studies can only be completed via our Myelin Healthcare mobile application. Follow the instructions on our invitation page to get started!

Do I need to commit to a minimum number of hours?

No! At Myelin Healthcare we believe in meeting medical professionals where there are. We enable medical professionals to earn more and contribute to making AI safer on their schedule. Studies can be started/paused at any time for your convenience. Each call only takes about 10 minutes to complete.

Do I need to be a medical professional to use Myelin?

Yes, we are currently having only licensed nurses use our system. If you are not currently licensed, please follow our facebook page and we will let you know when we have a study available for other groups!

I haven’t received my payment yet. What do I do?

Sorry! Please send an email to hello@myelin-healthcare.com with your name, email, and the details of the payment you are missing. We will look into and respond to it quickly.
