If you use our Ohio SNAP Service, this Supplemental Privacy Policy applies to you. This Supplemental Privacy Policy (or “Supplemental Policy”) accompanies our general Privacy Policy and describes how we, Myelin Healthcare, Inc., and our affiliates, process the information we collect from you for purposes of providing the Ohio SNAP Service (the “SNAP Services”).
